Format Liquid
Buffer 200 µL of HeLa nuclear extract at 5 mg/mL in 20 mM Hepes (pH 7.8), 100 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 20% Glycerol, 0.5 mM DTT, and 1 mM PMSF.
